By using the Gbajeee (gbajeee.bet) website and mobile application, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. Accessing the platform means you consent to abide by all the rules stated herein.

Live Betting

In live or in-play betting, odds change rapidly. There may be a difference between the odds shown at the time of placing a bet and the final accepted odds. Gbajeee will settle bets using the odds applicable at the moment the bet is accepted.

Gbajeee is committed to maintaining a fair and honest betting environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination:

• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts
• Creating an account under someone else's name or with false information
• Placing bets using match-fixing schemes or insider information
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Using bots or automated software to place bets
• Attempting to access another user's account
• Money laundering or transacting funds from illegal sources
• Arbitrage betting or bonus abuse

In cases of suspected activity, Gbajeee may launch an investigation and temporarily suspend the account during that period. If fraud is confirmed, all winnings will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Gbajeee may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided
• In cases of suspicious financial activity
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
• By order of a court or regulatory authority

Users may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closing the account. Bonus funds that are not eligible for withdrawal will not be returned.
